Erin Stine
I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy. Therapy provides a safe space to process, an opportunity to get a fresh perspective, and an environment conducive to developing better coping strategies. My counseling approach combines different modalities including: Trauma Informed Care, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, Strengths Based, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My therapeutic style is conversational, direct, and caring. I love walking alongside clients as they move towards healing and authenticity.
