I know that getting counseling is often a brave step forward, so I aim to ease and calm any anxieties coming in. I desire to treat each client with respect and dignity since it takes strength to seek help. I view everyone as a unique person and ally with them to get “unstuck” with the problems of anxiety, depression, loneliness or any restlessness. I use various techniques to help you understand your issues by reviewing the past, seeing how it impacts you in the present to create a healthier and happier future.
